Implicit Bias

For my first non-blog post I would like to share a wonderful video with you all about implicit bias from Melanie Funchess. We all have personal biases that we might not even notice. We can't change the world on our own but we are in complete control of ourselves! Looking at ourselves and realizing we are not infallible is an excellent first step on the road to making lasting change around us. I hope you enjoy the video as much as I did.
